Construction of new pond with area of 12 hectar as a stone break wall (the length of main break wall is 1100 m and the secondary one is of 460 m length)
Dismantling some parts of existing break walls up to -2 elevation and refurbishment of existing pond and dredging it down to -2m elevation compared to base elevation and dumping in the location of land extraction (dredging volume about 65000 m3)
Land extraction from the sea in order to provide necessary land for landscaping, buildings and facilities (area o about 20000 m2)
Supply and installation of navigation signs and bollards on break walls

Project: Construction of dock, access road, landscaping and support buildings for Khoorkhan Fishery port
Construction of dock for unloading fishing products and lading provisions, of centrifuge concrete pile and concrete dock for landing of fishery boats with length of 50 m and width of 14m along with all landing accessories such as fenders, bollards, etc. and construction of a shading of space structure type on the dock, with area of 528 m2 and dimensions of 48*11*5m with 1.5 m cantilever on each side and access road of centrifuge concrete pile and concrete dock with length of 140 m and width of 9m
Construction of stone access road and Land extraction with volume of 30000 m3
Construction of buoyant docks along with access bridge for landing and parking of fishing boats with fenders and bollards and other accessories
Construction of support buildings onshore the port with area of 1000m3, shading for fishing nets and ropes with area of 630 m2 and dimensions of 45*14*5m with 1.5 m cantilever on each side
Landscaping and construction of access roads including earth-works, construction of base and pavement, surface water collecting system, and infrastructural installations and the port enclosing walls
Supply of equipment and construction of supporting facilities onshore including fuel storage tank, gas station, ground and elevated water tanks, water supply facilities and network, fire facilities and network, power supply facilities and network for buildings and lighting of landscape and docks.
